Everyday life prompts
Help with the small tasks of ordinary life, from dinner ideas to a polite note for the neighbours, including a few that read your photos.
Not every question is about work or school. These prompts cover the small tasks of ordinary life: what to cook with what's left in the fridge, how to split a restaurant bill, what to pack, how to share chores, how to plan a trip, a party or a monthly budget, what to write to a neighbour or to a company that let you down, and how to think through a decision you keep putting off.
Four of them use image understanding, which our two Llama 4 models offer. You can attach a photo of the inside of your fridge for meal ideas, a restaurant receipt to split the bill, a houseplant that looks unwell, or a menu in a language you don't read. Take clear, well-lit photos, and treat the answer as a helpful guess: the model can misread a blurry price or mistake one plant for another, so check what matters.
Some limits are worth knowing. The chat cannot look things up online, so it doesn't know today's opening hours, ticket prices, train times or weather; check those with official sources before you travel. For health, money and legal letters, it gives general information, not professional advice. The exercise, budget and paperwork prompts remind you of this, and you should see a doctor, adviser or lawyer when the stakes are real. When a menu or recipe touches on allergies, always confirm with the restaurant staff or the product label.
For travel help in one place, open the Travel assistant, and for meals try the Chef assistant.
How to adapt these prompts
- Give real constraints: budget, time, number of people, diet, what you already own.
- Say what you have tried so the model doesn't repeat it.
- Ask for a printable table for plans, lists and schedules.
- Ask a follow-up such as "make it cheaper" or "now for two people" instead of starting a new chat.
- Keep personal data out: no account numbers, ID numbers or full addresses.
