These terms apply to your use of llama.online, including the chat, the AI tools, assistants, the prompt library and share links. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Llama.Online is a free website that lets you chat with open-weight Llama models released by Meta, run for us by a third-party inference provider. It is offered by an independent team and is not operated, endorsed or sponsored by Meta. The service is free of charge and supported by advertising. Each visitor receives a daily allowance of free messages; we may change the allowance, the available models and the features at any time, and we may pause or end the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. We do our best to keep it running, but outages, slow answers and errors can happen.

Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use Llama.Online. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use it with the permission and guidance of a parent or guardian.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and fairly. In particular, you must not:

• create, request or share content that is illegal, sexually exploits minors, promotes violence or terrorism, harasses or threatens people, or infringes the rights of others;
• use the chat to plan crimes, produce malware, attack systems, or deceive people, for example with phishing messages, fake reviews or impersonation of real persons;
• use the models in ways prohibited by Meta's Acceptable Use Policy for Llama, which applies to every use of Llama models, including through our site;
• try to bypass the daily allowance or other limits, for example by rotating IP addresses or automating requests;
• use bots, scripts or scraping tools to access the chat, the API endpoints or the content of the site in bulk, or resell access to the service;
• interfere with the security or operation of the site, or try to access data that is not meant for you.

We may block requests, limit access or remove shared content when we believe these rules are broken.

AI answers

Answers are produced automatically by language models. They can be incomplete, outdated or simply wrong, even when they sound confident, and the models cannot browse the internet. You are responsible for how you use the output. Check important facts with reliable sources, and do not treat answers as professional medical, legal, financial or safety advice. If you use AI help for school or work, follow the rules of your school or employer on AI use and on originality.

To the extent we have any rights in the answers generated for you, you may use them freely, subject to the law and to Meta's license terms for Llama. Because models can produce similar text for similar requests, other people may receive comparable answers.

Your content and share links

You keep any rights you have in the text and images you submit. You confirm that you are allowed to submit them and that they do not break these terms. Do not submit other people's personal data without a good reason.

When you create a share link, you publish a read-only copy of that conversation that anyone with the link can read. You are responsible for what you share. Shared pages are not indexed by search engines and cannot be edited. We may remove a shared conversation at any time, and we will remove one on your request through the contact form.

Our content and trademarks

The design, texts, images, prompts, assistants and code of Llama.Online belong to us or our licensors. You may link to our pages and quote short passages with a link back, but you may not copy the site or large parts of it.

Llama is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Other product names mentioned on the site, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen or Mistral, belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe or compare those products. Their mention does not imply any partnership or endorsement. The Llama models are made available by Meta under the Llama Community License; as that license requires, we state that this service is "Built with Llama". Copyright complaints

We respect copyright. If you believe content on Llama.Online, such as a shared conversation, infringes your copyright, send a notice through our contact form. Please include: your name and contact details (an e-mail address in the form so we can reply), a description of the copyrighted work, the exact link to the content you object to, a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner or the law, and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. We will review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to infringing content where appropriate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the site or of AI answers, or from your inability to use the site. As the service is free, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Advertising and third parties

The site shows ads from Ezoic Inc. and its partners and uses Google Analytics. Links and ads may lead to third-party websites that we do not control. How data is handled is described in our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
